Tour of Italy Wine Dinner

Hosted by General Manager Thomas Finnegan Wainright, with guest speaker Ottavio Ruggieri, Regional Sales Director of Wines Unlimited.
Ruggieri has been presenting wine programs for years and he says, “Wines are like people: each one is different with its own pH level that produces flavors.”
He’ll involve guests in the tasting process as they enjoy delicious dishes prepared by Executive Chef Scott Howlett.
The four-course, wine-accompanied meal is $75 per person, tax and gratuities not included.
The menu includes a First Course of Baked Garlic Bisque with parmesan tuile, anchovy tapenade. Second Course of Prosciutto wrapped roast swordfish with golden raisin & heirloom cherry tomato compote. Third Course is Braised Beef Cheek Cannelloni with blue cheese béchamel, micro basil. Fourth Course is Jasmine and White Chocolate Panna Cotta.
