Chef Antonio “Tino” Cione is a first generation American, born to Italian parents who settled into South Philadelphia.

His first job was bussing tables at the famed Palumbo’s, at 824 Catherine Street. Yes… THAT Palumbo’s.

He was trained in various culinary specialties such as Italian cuisine, patisserie, fine dining, steak and seafood specialties, and Mediterranean cooking. A motivated self-starter, with a keen thoroughness and direct approach to all he does, he takes pride in whatever task is at hand, and enjoys working with people.

Antonio has a passion for food, being both creative and structured, and honed these skills at such legendary restaurants as Triangle Tavern, Ristorante Panorama, and Mezza Luna.

We are pleased to have Chef Cione in our cast, and look forward to him providing the type of menu that will make “an evening out” a memorable one.
